Cleaner needed

Cleaner needed for apartment & condominium buildings
Must be able to work independently, without supervision.
Must be able to sweep, mop, vacuum for long periods.
Must be able to lift up to 40lbs (garbage bags)
Must be neat & tidy at all times
Must be able to pass a security check
Must have own vehicle – we pay mileage
Must be available to start immediately
Hours are Monday to Friday 8 am to 2 pm
Occasional weekends required
