Part- Time Maintenance Worker

We are looking for a part-time employee to assist in taking care of our facility and carry out general maintenance duties both internally and externally. The goal is to keep our building maintained to company standards. The position is ideally suited for an individual seeking semi-retirement with 24 hours per week and with a flexible schedule.

• HOURS – Part-Time, Including Weekends
• SALARY – To be discussed
• RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
  • Carry out special projects including painting
  • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
  • Participate in lawn care and upkeep
  • Assist with snow clearing
  • Act as backup to existing staff during vacations
