Seeking P/T Engaged, Dynamic and Experienced Nanny in Downtown T

We are a dynamic, loving family based in Toronto, Ontario seeking a nurturing and dedicated nanny to care for our toddler (boy, will be 2 y/o in October 2024).
Ideally, this opportunity would be a nanny share but for the right candidate, we’re happy to move ahead with a 1:1 engagement.

This is a part-time (~25 -35 hrs per week), during the school year, and full time on school holidays, and through the summer, this is a live-out position with a competitive rate of $25.00 per hour (willing to pay more, for experience!).

The ideal candidate will have experience in toddler care, familiar with the Montessori method of learning, and be able to provide a safe and stimulating environment, including lots of outdoor time, and personal interaction, for our little one.

Familiar with the downtown core and all the activities the city has to offer, is an asset, comfort with public transit and taxis (we do not own a car, limited reasons to drive).

Hours are approximately between 2 – 8pm, and would required pick up from Montessori, some type of outdoor activity (in all weather) and/or playtime, dinner and bath time. In addition to childcare, we are looking for someone who is willing to assist with light housekeeping duties, and meal preparation, primarily for our toddler.

The ability to multitask and manage household tasks efficiently is essential. We value a proactive and reliable individual who can take initiative and contribute to the smooth running of our home.
