Caregiving can be challenging and sometimes frustrating. Patience helps in managing difficult situations calmly and effectively so being consistent and trustworthy is essential. The person who I’m caring for needs to know they can count on me.
Good Communication Skills, Clear and compassionate communication with the person I’m caring for, as well as with their family members and healthcare providers, is vital.
I Pay close attention to the needs and changes in the condition of my clients that I’m caring for. This includes being observant and responsive to their physical and needs.
