Fast paced Millwork shop looking for a full-time Custom Cabinetmaker.
We are a company that has been around for 34 years and have a good name in the industry. If you are looking for stability and job security – you found it!
Hours are 7:00am – 3:30pm with opportunity for overtime.
Job type: Full-time
Salary: $18-$26 depending on experience
Our projects are a mix of custom millwork- from reception desks, countertops, cabinets, doors and door frames, to benches and window sills – you name it, we do it!
We have exciting opportunities for hardworking individuals with a positive attitude. Opportunity for advancement is possible as well.
An ideal candidate will be:
-Skilled woodworker professional with a 3 years of experience with assembling cabinets, countertops, desks, etc.
-Fluent in English, and be able to read and write legibly
-Able to read shop drawings and understand what / how to build
-Experience with melamine, laminate, solid wood, wood veneers, solid surface, mdf, plywood, etc.
-Make-it-work type of attitude with the ability to always learn new things
-Available and willing to support the rest of the team throughout the entire process from machining raw goods, to shipping final products
