Steele VW is seeking an Sales Representative to join our growing team!

As a Sales Representative with Steele VW, you are more than just a guide, you are the matchmaker between people and their dream Volkswagen! You will connect with customers to gain an understanding of their unique desires and budget. Set the scene of life behind the wheel of a VW: while highlighting the sleek designs and cutting-edge features. Negotiating deals with finesse and seamlessly handling all the paperwork, you turn what could be a daunting process into an exciting journey toward owning the perfect vehicle! If you’re a passionate, customer focused individual with experience in Sales, this role offers endless opportunities for growth and commissions.

Commission Wage Structure (Potential to earn $100,000 annually!).

During your first year, to support your development, Steele Auto Group guarantees a minimum income of $644.23 weekly, unless commissions exceed that amount.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Dive into engaging conversations with customers, either in-person or electronically, to truly understand needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Showcase or impressive range of Volkswagen makes and models, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Guide customers through the selection process, helping them find the perfect vehicle to match their requirements.
  • Elevate the customer car-buying experience with test-drives and detailed product demonstrations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, throughout the sales process, ensuring satisfaction beyond the sale.
  • Fulfill other duties as required by managers, contributing the overall success of Steele VW.

Requirements:

  • Passionate about the automotive industry
  • Enthusiastic personality, neat and professional in appearance
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Previous client service experience is an asset
  • Well organized, possess a good work ethic and a positive attitude
  • Hard working, self-motivated and have excellent time management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills both in-person and online
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Have a valid driver’s license and be able to provide an acceptable driver’s abstract
