Looking for Flooring Pro

I have about 4000 sqft of flooring to be installed between 3 floors on a new build. I’m hoping the candidate I select will be able to tighten up the existing Subfloor and perform any nesscary prep.
Roughly 1350sqft engineered hardwood 3/4 7.5 inch planks. Top floor
Roughly 1350sqft Vinyl over concrete in floor heating. Basement.
Roughly 1200sqft Engineered hardwood 3/4 7.5 inch planks. Main floor.
Carpet staircases.
Materials on site.
