UAT Lead (Software QA/Testing)

Contract Term: 6 months
Work Location: Calgary, AB

Our client, a global leader in IT industry, is looking for a UAT Lead.

UAT Coordination and Alignment
•            Development of an overall UAT strategy by working with client Integration testing management team.
•            Creation of UAT execution plans, including guiding client teams to finalize UAT test scenarios and test cases.
•            Guiding client teams with proven templates to identify and allocate UAT facilitators and testers and interlocking with UAT execution plans.
•            Facilitation of UAT orientation sessions, capturing feedback, and coordinating with client testing management team for continuous adjustment.
•            Identifying technology needs including UAT environments and make requests to client to prepare.
•            Identifying risks including UAT resources conflicts and planning for mitigation with client test management team.

Qualification of Resources
•            Proven experience in client and end user training for large system integration projects.
•            Knowledge of business processes and application systems.
•            Knowledge of supporting technologies for UAT and end user training.
•            Exceptional communication, coordination and leadership skills.
