landscaper / snow removal crew lead

Must have a valid clean drivers license. It is a physically demanding job so must be in decent shape.
Tasks expected to perform are:
Mowing grass
Weed whipping
Driving a truck and trailer
Snow removal in the winter
I am able to train if necessary but obviously priority goes to experience.
Competetive wages. Willing to pay 25/hr to start for workers who have a license and can prove their landscaping skills. Salary options also available for snow removal.
This is a full time year round position.
