Building Superintendent Wanted

We’re looking for an experienced building superintendent to join our team. The schedule is Monday to Friday with one weekend worked each month. If interested please submit your resume.
Responsibilities:
– Maintain building systems and equipment
– Coordinate the work of maintenance staff
– Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues
– Perform electrical and plumbing repairs as needed
– Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations
– Do heavy duty cleaning including, floors, walls and equipment
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a superintendent and cleaner
– Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing and industrial maintenance systems
-Knowledge in daily building inspection (mechanical rooms, building systems)
– Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
– Strong problem-solving abilities to address maintenance issues promptly

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
