Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Operate Liquid Vacuum Trucks & Wet/Dry Vacuum Trucks
Safely operate and transport industrial vacuum equipment for Catch basin Cleaning Project
Qualifications & Education:

License: DZ / AZ License (required) with the ability to drive a Manual / Automatic truck
Driver’s Abstract: Clean driving record
Experience:
1-3 years in a related field
Experience with the function, repair, and maintenance of vacuum and transfer pumps is an asset
Familiarity with TDGA, Reg. 347/558, WHMIS, Confined Space Entry, MTO, MOE regulations (preferred)
Working at Heights, SCBA, Supplied Air, Respirator Fit Tested, Harness Trained (asset)
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Work Environment Knowledge: Ability to handle varying conditions including noise, dirt, wet, hot, or cold environments
Teamwork: Ability to work independently and in team settings
Safety: Strong focus on safe work practices and compliance with PPE requirements
Working Conditions:

Standing for extended periods, walking, climbing stairs and ladders
Exposure to environmental conditions like heat, cold, dust, noise
Use of PPE such as hard hats, safety boots, hearing and eye protection, flame-retardant clothing, and respirators
