Job Statement

• Work with a team or independently, to install windows and doors
​​​
Essential Functions
• Removal of old windows and doors
• Installation of windows and doors
• Cutting and measuring trim
• Accurate reading of measuring tape for precision work
• Foaming, Caulking, Window Flashing
• Cleaning
• Loading of materials and heavy items to transport to work site as well as removal of equipment from work site
• Attention to detail is Essential
• Abide by company policies as set out and updated

Job Specifications
• Class G Driver’s License with clean driving record
• Must have own vehicle
• Working at heights certification
• WSIB
• Ability to lift and carry in excess of 50 pounds
• Must demonstrate ability to read and understand instructions and installation diagrams as needed
• Proven experience in the use of various construction tools
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner with customers and fellow employees.
• Ability to lead an installation team if and when required
Compensation
• salary based on experience as a starting wage range
