Handyman required

H Home Reno is a general contracting construction business located in GTA specializing in legal basement and home renovations. We are looking for 1 position of Handyperson to join our team.
Position responsibilities:
 Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
 Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.)
 Undertake light installation or carpenting (e.g. build cabinets)
 Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
 Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and make minor purchases as required
 Provide general assistance to skilled trade persons such as mechanics, electricians,
carpenters and plumbers
 Assist in loading and unloading of the equipments/material
 Assist the skilled persons with handing over the equipments/tools.
Employment requirements:
Secondary School completion or equivalent experience.
Experience is an asset.
Wages: CAD 28.50 to CAD 29.00 per hour for 32 – 40 hours work per week
Other benefits: 4% vacation pay
Terms: Temporary (2 years), Full Time
