Require Estimates for Bathroom Renovation and Resultant Repairs.

I have older cast iron pipes, coming from all the upstairs bathroom drains. They are rusting out, and have leaked onto my ceiling below, in the hallway (see pics taken of downstairs hallway ceiling and pipes).

Looking for an ALL-INCLUSIVE PRICE, INCLUDING DOWNTIME ESTIMATE, to perform the following:

1) remove old tub, shower, sink/vanity, tiles, and toilet.

2) replace all old cast iron pipes with PVC.

3) Install new, customer supplied, sink, vanity, toilet, tub and shower.

4) drywall, repair, and paint ALL damaged areas to new.

5) All debris removed and disposed of.

6) I only have 1 toilet, so hopefully we can work with that in mind during the repairs, and keep downtime to a minimum. I would like this done in one shot, and as quickly and professionally as possible.

I understand you need to see the job for an exact price, but, as I’m sure you understand, I prefer not to have a parade going through. I’ll contact the bidders who look good (NOT price based), and they can come see for a solid quote/contract.
