Description: Both the unit and dumpster are on the first floor, within ~30 seconds walk. Bulk items can be left next to the dumpster. Most of the items are either in bags already or bins.

Ideal candidates: A two-person crew with moving experience. Crew must be physically strong.

Payment: Cash or e-transfer.
What to bring: Bring a pack of garbage bags, gloves, and dolly for the furniture.

Bulk items include:
2 sofas – one in perfect condition
1 armchair – perfect condition
1 coffee table
1 55″ plasma TV – perfect condition
1 TV stand – perfect condition
1 mattress
1 steel bed frame – perfect condition

One sofa and armchair are from a set. Original cost was 5,000 several years ago. Modern style, brown, beautiful. The TV and its stand are very good – just old and needs cleaning. You can have any of the items.

The non bulk items just need dumping and are mostly organized in bins and bags. Place any lose items in garbage bags you provide.
