Key Responsibilities:

Guest Engagement: Greet guests with a warm welcome, provide menus, and explain daily specials. Build rapport to create a friendly dining atmosphere.

Order Management: Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all details are noted. Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

Menu Knowledge: Stay informed about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to assist guests with dietary preferences or allergies.

Table Service: Serve food and beverages with attention to detail, ensuring all orders are delivered correctly and promptly.
