Wanted a handyman for caulking

I am looking for a handyman for caulking, should be experienced with using ladders.
I would like to seal the gap between the wall and the overhang soffit.
I am willing to pay $20/hour. I am willing to purchase materials. If anyone is interested, please let me know.
