Details:
Must have experience preparing Indian/Pakistan Fusion items and knowledge of commercial cooking.
Must have the ability to work independently without supervision, must be able to plan menus, and prepare individually, complete special dishes on menu.
Able to cook different types of BBQs, fryer items, burgers and fusion dishes, and also able prepare fusion appetizers.
