Job Description:
Position Overview: We seek experienced landscapers with a strong interlock, concrete, and fence installation background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating outdoor spaces, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interlock Installation:
• Skillfully install interlocking pavers and stones to create stunning driveways, walkways, patios, and other outdoor features.
• Ensure precise measurements and alignment for a flawless finished product.
• Knowledge of various interlock patterns and designs.
• Concrete Work:
• Proficient in concrete pouring, finishing, and shaping for various applications such as sidewalks, curbs, and retaining walls.
• Ability to work with decorative concrete techniques and finishes.
• Knowledge of concrete curing and sealing methods.
• Fence Installation:
• Install various types of wood fences
• Accurately measure and level fence components to ensure structural integrity.
• Familiarity with different fence styles and designs.
• Project Management:
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to plan and execute landscaping projects.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Ensure project deadlines are met with high-quality workmanship.
Qualifications:
• Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscaping, with a focus on interlock, concrete, and fence installation.
• Skills:
• Proficient in the use of landscaping tools and equipment.
• Strong understanding of landscaping techniques, materials, and best practices.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Physical Stamina:
• Capable of lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Attention to Detail:
• Meticulous in ensuring precise measurements and alignment.
