Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Material Handler to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling materials of various sizes and weights, ensuring that they are received, picked, packed, and loaded accurately. Your primary duties will include operating lift equipment, performing cycle counts, and supporting a safety-first culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Material Handling: Accurately unload, pick, and count materials using the Oracle system and handheld scanners.
Packaging & Loading: Package and load materials to meet customer satisfaction.
Lift Equipment Operation: Safely operate lift equipment such as counterbalance, reach trucks, and order pickers to move materials.
Team Support: Assist team members with various tasks throughout the warehouse.
Safety & Compliance: Work with the management team to maintain a safety-first culture.
Cycle Counts & Audits: Perform routine inventory counts and audits.
Problem Solving: Address routine warehouse issues efficiently.
Required Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience operating Raymond reach, counterbalance, cherry picker, and tow motor/lift truck (Truck usage will be 40-50%).
Certification: Valid fall arrest certification.
Skills: Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office and database management.
Location: Must reside within 80km of Milton.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working at elevated heights with an up-to-date order picker certificate.
Familiarity with inventory software systems.
