Elevate RS is seeking a dedicated and skilled Traffic Controller to join our team in Windsor, Ontario. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while ensuring the safe and efficient movement of traffic within our operational area.

Key Responsibilities:
Directing and controlling vehicular and pedestrian traffic to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
Monitoring traffic flow and adjusting control measures to minimize congestion.
Communicating effectively with team members and other stakeholders regarding traffic conditions and safety protocols.
Maintaining clear and accurate records of traffic incidents and control measures implemented.
Ensuring adherence to safety standards and protocols while on site.
Training and mentoring other staff members in traffic management practices and equipment operation.
Essential Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in traffic control or a related field.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining safety standards.
