business partner wanted

Looking for a partner for a halloween company that will provide props for events. Willing to provide for the cost to rent space as part of their contribution. Be able to work weekends from spring to fall. Most of the materials for the props already purchased by me. If you just want to invest but not be involved that is also possible. Returns would be very lucrative.
