Farm Worker – Vegetables (Greenhouse)

Start Date: as soon as possible, 5 positions available.
Wage: $16.71 per hour, 45-60 hours per week incl. weekends.
Wage will Increase to 17.20 as of Oct 1, 2024
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
Experience: No experience needed, will train.
Work Conditions: Repetitive tasks, physically demanding, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching and kneeling. Overtime required.
Work Site Environment: hothumid
Job Includes: Mix and prepare soil, plant bulbs or seeds, transplant seedlings or rooted cuttings. Report signs of insect or disease damage, water and tend to plants. Examine Produce for quality and prepare for market. Must keep a clean work area and follow all health protection regulations if required.
Type of Product: Seasonal Plants, mixed vegetables/produce.
Rural Area: Must have own transportation.
