building superintendent

Building superintendent located in st catharines. 100 unit building. Amazing tenants. Owner is super narcissistic and runs EVERY aspect of the job via phone or video call. Current superintendent just quit after less then 1 year. I quit after 18 month of pure mental health abuse. You are hired as a independent contractor at less then 20.00 an hour. After YOU pay your own taxes and CPP it works out to about 14.00 an hour. He will not pay over time wages. You will have to supply all your own tools.
If your into being mentally abused from him and his side kick in Toronto then this is the job for you.
He hires oitside contractors to do work then either does not paythem or nickles and dimes them down thousands of dollars. 2 contractors have current liens on building waiting for or have gone to court. This list goes on and on.
