Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join our snow removal team for the upcoming winter season. As a Snow Removal Crew Member, you will be responsible for ensuring properties are cleared of snow and ice, providing safe access for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate snow removal equipment (e.g., snow plows, shovels, snow blowers) effectively and safely.
• Clear snow from driveways, sidewalks, parking lots, and other designated areas.
• Apply salt and sand to prevent ice accumulation and enhance safety.
• Respond promptly to snow accumulation events as alerted by management.
• Maintain equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues as needed.
• Work efficiently in various weather conditions, sometimes during early mornings, late evenings, or weekends.

Qualifications:
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience in snow removal or landscaping is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Valid driver’s license is a plus.
