Looking for caring reliable Home Support Worker

Are you a caring, dedicated and reliable individual looking to make a positive impact on the lives of elderly with dementia? We seek a Home Support Worker who can offer exceptional care for my husband. I am looking for someone who has practical training and experience with elderly care and is specifically able to prepare Filipino dishes and speak the Ilocano dialect.

Responsibilities:
assisting with daily activities and routine
helping with personal care
managing the client’s household such as light house cleaning, washing the laundry and dishes, and making the bed
planning and preparing meals
providing watchful companionship and emotional support
coordinating transportation for medical appointments and social or recreational activities
giving medication reminders
observing the client’s physical and behavioural changes and reporting them to the client’s circle of care
