Responsibilities
– Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
– Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
– Maintain cleanliness of the lounge area and adhere to food safety regulations
– Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system
– Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
– Previous experience in bartending or related roles within the food industry
– Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions accurately
– Familiarity with POS systems for order processing
– Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for guests
– Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
