hiring cleaner

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual (1-2people) who would like to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness at our medical facility in Delhi. While ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all staff and visitors. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Duties
– Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas.
– Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and break rooms by restocking supplies, and ensure sanitary conditions.
– Conduct commercial cleaning of floors, windows, and surfaces to uphold facility standards.
– Sanitizing and disinfecting waiting rooms, reception desks, and medical rooms. As well as high touch surfaces such as (light fixtures, door handles, and chairs)
– Ensure proper disposal of waste materials and recycling according to scope of work.
– Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
– Follow directions, as set out within the scope of work.
Requirements:
– Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required. (Will train)
– Ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in all areas of responsibility.
-Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement or maintenance.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively with team members.
