Grill Cook needed for a fast food restaurant

We are a popular fast food restaurant looking for an experienced grill cook to join our team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in a similar field and should be passionate about providing excellent customer service. We are looking for someone who is reliable, dedicated, and committed to providing high-quality food to our customers.

Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare and grill meat for burgers, sandwiches, etc..
• Interact with customers and take their orders.
• Assemble burgers with various ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by cleaning prep counters, tools, cutting boards, floors and preparation surfaces to ensure they’re clean and sanitized at all times.
• Follow food safety procedures and regulations.
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills.

Requirements;
• At least 1 year of grilling experience.
• Ability to read recipes and memorize and replicate food production procedures.
• Skill and coordination in using kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines and regulations.
• A team player with a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
