Warehouse Manager

Wplus is a wholesale trader of Smart Phone and Tablets accessories, electronics, and repair parts for mobile phones. We have been operating since 2007 and are located at 111 Esna Park Drive, Unit #3, Markham, Ontario L3R 1H2. We carry over 24000 active skus in Inventory Wallet phone cases, Bluetooth Headsets, Li-ion Batteries pouches, Car & Travel chargers, Cell Phone holders & More. Wplus caters to retailers across the continent in the North American markets of both US and Canada. Wplus currently partners with major brands in Electronics and accessories industry to supply quality goods for consumers.

We are seeking to hire an Warehouse Manager. This is a full-time permanent position for 40 hours per week at a wage rate of $47.50 per hour. Post secondary education in logistics and supply chain, finance or marketing is required along with a minimum of three years experience as a warehouse manager/supervisor.

Job duties are described below:

• Implement systems to monitor inventory levels, reduce errors, and maintain accurate records.
• Check the received items against shipping documents to confirm accuracy. This includes verifying quantities, descriptions, and item conditions.
• Develop warehouse strategies that align with the organization’s long-term goals. This might involve supporting growth targets, improving customer satisfaction, or enhancing operational efficiency.
• Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff, fostering a positive and safety-focused work environment.
• Monitor & analyze future warehouse demand and warehouse capacity.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all warehouse activities, including shipping and receiving records.
• Recruit and train new hires, ensuring they understand warehouse procedures and safety protocols.
