Job Responsibilities:

-Inspect, repair, and maintain flat roofing systems, including 2ply, TPO, EPDM, and built-up roofs.
-Diagnose and troubleshoot roofing issues to determine the best repair solutions.
-Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on flat roofs.
-Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
-Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on jobs.
-Communicate effectively with clients regarding repair needs and provide recommendations.
-Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience as a flat roof repair technician or in a related roofing position.
-Knowledge of various flat roofing materials and repair techniques.
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to work at heights and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
-Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
