Hiring a Full time Experienced Dispatcher

Growing Trucking Company looking for a Experience Dispatcher. Minimum 3 years experience required. Must available from 8 to 5 Mon to Fri
Negotiate freight rates with customers for FTL and LTL shipments Track shipments and update customers regarding shipment status Coordinate and manage daily shipments with customers Ensure delivery pickup appointments are made (if needed) and met Find shipments to cover trucks .
Follow up on problems and delayed delivers Grow and maintain existing and new customer relationships Perform work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of dispatch experience as a dispatcher . Must have knowledge of loadlink and AFM. Ability to book loads, negotiate rates, and follow internal procedures to dispatch load Effective teamwork skills are a MUST Must be able to use MS Office (Word, Excel) and MS Outlook Must be able to speak English and Punjabi well Strong attention to details Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task Strong communication, customer service and computer skills Ability to build rapport with customers Ability to work under pressure and be flexible with timings.
