Looking for aspiring/junior handyman

Anthony

Looking for somebody who can prepare rental units after tenants move out. The general idea is that you would tour the unit, we would discuss what updates that could be made, and then you would work to implement them. (ie install vinyl flooring, repaint walls, new electrical outlet covers, new bathroom sink, etc.) We would purchase supplies and you would be paid $200-700 per unit depending on the scale of the work. This is below market rate pay however we are on tight margins in the student rental management biz and is the best we can offer. We can train you in terms of how to install vinyl flooring, how to repaint kitchen cabinets, etc. Great way to learn and apply knowledge which could make you a lot more $$ in the future.

Preferred that you have your own tools, however we can lend some of ours.

Skill testing question: Looking at the photos of this apartment rental, what updates would you make to prepare it for new tenants? List based on greatest to least priority.
