Job Description:
We are currently hiring motivated General Labourers and skilled Carpenters to join our team. Ideal candidates should have a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and quality while displaying loyalty and dedication to building a strong future together.
Responsibilities:
For General Labourers:
Assist in various construction tasks (as an example work may include site preparation and cleanup, laying pipe, compaction, placing concrete, formwork, etc.etc)
Load and unload materials and equipment.
Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

For Carpenters:
Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, concrete , or steel.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Ensure accuracy and quality of work.
Collaborate with other trades and team members.

Qualifications:
General Labourers: No prior experience required; willingness to learn.
Carpenters: Proven experience in carpentry; relevant certifications are a plus. We are certified and willing to train.
Strong understanding of safety practices in construction.
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
Reliable and punctual.
