full time class 1 fuel truck driver

We are seeking a full time professional, punctual and experienced class one operator to haul fuel in northern Manitoba, northwestern Ontario, and western Canada. This role is based out of winnipeg and will require you to be on the road a few nights a week. We are a 7 day a week operation so a willingness to be dispatched anytime is a must.
Drivers must meet the following requirements:
– minimum of 3 years of class one experience preferably hauling fuel, tankers or dangerous goods
– clean drivers abstract and ability to pass a pre employment drug and alcohol test
– must have experience with b trains and have the ability to back them up
-criminal record search
– must be available for 7 day a week operations and be willing to work weekends when needed
– must be okay going to remote northern destinations
-mechanical ability
– professional attitude and strong integrity
– ability to communicate effectively and operate equipment with respect to company standards and procedures
– must be able to drive a heavy spec unit with an 18 speed manual transmission
A sign on bonus may be applied if you possess prior fuel hauling experience and or terminal loading privileges in Winnipeg
Wages start at $30.00-$35.00 per hour depending on experience
