Assistance required locating dog owner

Looking for some help on trying to track someone down. Yesterday, Oct. 19, on John St. in Elora at approximately 4:30 pm. our two dogs had an incident. I am attempting to locate the dog owner to confirm vaccination status of his dog. The dog is a larger dog, reddish in colour, possibly a lab/retriever mix. I believe the dog lives on Bricker Ave. in Elora. If the owner or someone who knows them sees this could you please reach out. Thanks.
