Position Overview:
We are seeking a strong, energetic worker with hands-on experience in excavation, underground work, hardscape, and forestry. The ideal candidate is a reliable team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to safety. You’ll be operating a variety of equipment and tools, contributing to the successful completion of diverse site development and hardscaping projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate excavators, skid steers, and compactors safely and efficiently
Perform excavation and grading for residential and commercial projects
Use chainsaws and wood chippers for forestry and land clearing work
Handle underground utility installations
Assist with hardscaping tasks, including stonework, retaining walls, and operating quick cut saws
Maintain equipment and adhere to safety standards
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and meet high-quality standards
Qualifications:
Experience operating excavators, skid steers, compactors, chainsaws, quick cut saws, and wood chippers
Strong knowledge of excavation, hardscaping, underground utilities, and forestry work
A valid driver’s license (G-class or higher preferred)
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Physical strength and stamina for demanding tasks
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Commitment to safety and precision in all tasks
