Care aid

Job Description:
Watford House, a care facility exclusively for women, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time care aide. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing support to residents in a group home setting, and will be committed to ensuring their physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
Support the emotional and social needs of residents.
Maintain accurate records of care provided.
Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all residents.
Qualifications:

Experience as a care aide or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
Requirements:

Must be available to work full-time, including weekends and holidays as needed.
