In a commission-based dental hygiene model hygienist earn a portion of the fees collected for hygiene services rendered. Dental hygienists earn 30% of all scaling, polish, fluoride and 15% of radiographs. At Sunset Country Dental we predetermine all services prior to patients receiving treatment and patients are notified of services that will be out of pocket.
Sunset Country Dental has a high demand for hygiene services and our team works hard to maintain a full schedule for all our providers.

If you are interested but hesitant to make the leap into a commission based model we do have hourly starting at $50-70/hr depending on experience.
