Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fish or Meat Cutter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of meat or fish cutting techniques, ensuring quality and precision. You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards for cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Cut, trim, and prepare various types of fish or meat according to customer specifications and company standards.
Ensure quality and freshness of products.
Operate and maintain cutting tools and equipment safely.
Follow food safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness in the work area.
Package products for retail or wholesale sale.
Communicate with customers and team members effectively.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a fish or meat cutter.
Knowledge of various cutting techniques and types of fish/meat.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to lift and move heavy items
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Language Requirements:
Fluent in English and Nepali (speaking).
