Job Description
Our front counter manager is our first point of contact for all customer interactions. This position is the face and heart of our business. The responsibilities of this position includes and is not limited to the following;

Responsible for the initial training and continuous development of our front of house team.
Ordering and Inventory. Our Front of House manager is responsible for counting and maintaining a weekly inventory of all front of house supplies.
Customer liaison and first point of contact for all catering and special event inquiries, alongside our operations manager. This will include communicating and organizing details of orders with our BOH management team.
Working with our operations manager on in house promotions and social media roll outs.
Managing seasonal orders and inputting new products into our POS, communication and support of FOH staff.
Maintaining expectations of store cleanliness and ensuring all cleaning routines are being followed.
Continuous development of the business and systems to ensure that as our sales volumes and business operations are aligned.
Sourcing out new business opportunities and supporting growth within our catering department.
Assisting when necessary our front of house operations and service of guests.
Overseeing and upholding all duties outlined in the front of house customer service job description.
Knowing all of our products and services and being able to answer any staff or customer questions.
Greeting and welcoming all guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
Final eye on product integrity, making sure that product is properly rotated and that only fresh food is served to our guests.

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of bakery and/or hospitality experience.
