1) Metal sheeting (40’x68′ roof footprint) with the Top Ridge vent. LABOR BUDGET $2,000 CAD
4) Ice guard rails at the bottom of each side of the roof. LABOR BUDGET $1,000 CAD
5) Fascia & soffits on 2 gables and along 1′ overhang on each side. LABOR BUDGET $1,000 CAD
6) Gutters on both side of the roof with 6 downspouts. LABOR BUDGET $1,500 CAD
