MUST HAVE PARCEL DELIVERY EXPERIENCE

Enthusiastic and energetic driver’s who are fast learners can also apply.
Deliver only in GTA and surrounding areas
Competative rates for EV’s and Plug-in Hybrids (GV plates only)
Pay:. $150 flat per day – FUEL COST IS AT DRIVER’S EXPENSE.
Drivers who are regular and capable and has a flexible schedule ( available on call for at-least one day a week ) will receive an additional $20 for on call trips and additional $10 dollar /every trip made on the same week.
We will hold first pay for 2 weeks; After that, pay sent on a weekly basis
We operate 7 days a week, Aprox 200- 250 kms driven each delivery day depending on the package volume.
Must be capable of loading and delivering packages
All drivers are independent contractors with the company who should have their own G License and should have own vehicle.
Driver’s should follow the regulations of the province/municipality or the rule of road in the area they deliver and must have adequate insurance to cover their own risk and liability.

Responsibilities

Safely operate delivery vehicles while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
Load and unload products, ensuring that items are secured and protected during transit.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery times and any potential delays.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns during the delivery process.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including documentation of any damages or discrepancies.
Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient loading processes and inventory management.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
Qualifications

Previous experience in a delivery or warehouse environment is preferred.
Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and engage in physical moving tasks as required.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
Valid commercial driving license (CDL) is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to obtain if necessary.
Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment is advantageous.
A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
