Looking for labourer $25 hr

Looking for a young athletic guy who is good with being on roofs and ladders working around properties to complete exteriors work including
Roofing helper(stripping off old roofing materials and throwing into bin and generally just assisting with tasks)
Siding helper(stripping old materials and helping with re installation procedures
Majority of this work is eavestoughing just holding up the other end and passing tools/ stripping off the old damaged materials and driving the work truck sometimes to pickup materials and to sites as needed
Somebody who lives in the south end of town or willing to commute as that is where the trucks are located and is able to commute to yard would be necessary as from there is where we head out to jobsites or suppliers in the mornings
Somebody with their liscense
$25 per hr to start full time work if you are motivated to show up on time everyday and try and help as much as you can throughout the jobs each day and learns some new skills in the trade along the way.
Room for quick raises for the right guys who show quick skill and understanding of the work and are reliable Full time
