MEDICAL CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Medical Call Center Representative to join our team. YOU MUST BE AN IMG TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE. OR HAVE A BACKGROUND AND CERTIFICATION IN MEDICAL ASSISTANT WORK.

WORKING HOURS: 10am-3pm

6 days UNPAID TRAINING IS REQUIRED.

Responsibilities
– Call and follow-up on patients health

-Book patient appointments

-Book cardiac testing for patients
– Utilize phone etiquette to handle patient inquiries and resolve issues
– Enter customer information accurately into the system
– Communicate effectively with patient to ensure satisfaction

-Report to manger any inquires, concerns or important information regarding the patient.

Experience
– Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
– Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
– Proficient in data entry and EMR software
– Ability to generate bookings effectively
– Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
– Experience in customer service is expected

-You must be a medical IMG or have a medical degree or extensive medical background and certification.

This is A CONTRACTOR position, we pay $4/per call done to our standard and expectations, we do not hire you as our employee, but as a medical contractor.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $2,000.00-$4,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
