Hiring Security Guards – Niagara Falls

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a security guard team. You’ll be responsible for the safety and security of our patrons, staff and property. This is a position that required strong organizational skills, excellent communication and the ability to Act as first responded in case of emergency, first aid or any other intervention.

Job Duties:
• Investigates security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behavior.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Patrolling and monitoring designated areas.
• Interacting with the public with a customer service approach to security.
• Enforcing the Trespass to Property Act.
• Escalating and assisting law enforcement as required.
• Operate CCTV to monitor property and identify suspicious behaviour.
• Completing incident reports and required documentation for all security incidents.
• Conduct regular patrols & inspections.

Requirements:
• A valid Ontario security license.
• A valid First aid Certificate.
• Prior security experience is a must (1 year experience at least).
• Computer literacy and ability to learn how to operate new systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Can stay alert at all times
• Ability to respond well to emergency situations.
