Clarity Wellness Chiropractic is a Chiropractic-based family wellness clinic looking for a long-term, permanent part-time Chiropractic Health Assistant/Receptionist. We are located in Etobicoke near Park Lawn Rd and Lake Shore Blvd W.
We offer a vibrant, fast-paced environment where you will work closely with the Chiropractor in running daily operations including:
client intake
booking client appointments
billing and financial transactions
maintaining office inventory and equipment
assisting various aspects of patient care
Our ideal candidate is an efficient multi-tasker who is outgoing and personable, punctual, mature, adaptable, detail-oriented, and reliable. Must be comfortable and experienced with Windows-based computers and also have the ability to memorize pre-written scripts.

Position hours (~34 hours per week):
Mondays- 6:45am- 11:30am, 2:30pm-9:30pm
Wednesdays- 6:45am-6:30pm
Thursdays- 6:45am-7:30pm
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour (negotiable based on skillset)

One year of administrative experience is preferred.
