Solid demand for ironworkers in Maritime provinces

If youre a non-union Maritime structural or reinforcing ironworker or welder or an aspiring future ironworker the Maritime Locals of the Ironworkers union want to talk to you for what they know can be a win-win conversation.

And if youre living elsewhere, you may want to consider that Maritime province ironworkers enjoy the similar top wages and benefits as their counterparts in other parts of the country. On top of that, our cities and communities are blessed with lower costs of living and housing and nowhere in the Maritime provinces is more than 15 minutes from world-class nature!

At the time of writing (03/2023) our members in most Maritime provinces were busy on many ongoing projects, both small and large. There are also some much larger projects in the development stages, and someday well be helping to turn those plans into reality. PLEASE NOTE: Our Newfoundland Local does not require new members in the near- and middle-term, but were happy to accept applications from those who are prepared to wait patiently.
