We are seeking an experienced mature Executive/Senior Director of Sales to secure contracts ranging from $10K to $500K in the renovation and construction sector.
The ideal candidate will have well-established relationships with key clients in commercial, property management, hospitality, and development sectors.
We are looking for a local professional, native to Toronto/GTA, with English as mother tongue.
This is a high-level, white-collar position offering significant autonomy and is entirely performance-based. The role is intellectually demanding and requires a highly educated, responsible individual.
Desired: Candidates with a background in engineering or architecture, with strong skills in project management, design, and technical problem-solving. Ideal candidates will have experience in construction projects, building systems, or related industries.
