Construction Worker

We are seeking reliable and hardworking construction workers to join our team. This role involves a variety of tasks on-site, including operating machinery, handling materials, and supporting skilled tradespeople to help bring our projects to life. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction or a related field, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who are ready to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain construction sites, including setting up tools, loading/unloading materials, and cleaning areas.
Operate hand and power tools, such as drills, saws, and concrete mixers.
Support skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, electricians, plumbers) by providing materials and maintaining workspaces.
Load, unload, and transport construction materials around the site as directed.
Follow all health and safety protocols, including wearing necessary protective equipment.
Report any hazards or issues to supervisors to ensure a safe, efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
Experience: Prior experience in construction or similar field is required.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and work in varying weather conditions.
Skills: Basic knowledge of construction tools and practices, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
